Soujanya Settipalli has been promoted to Art Director after just one year of joining the creative team as an intern at Brogan & Partners. Creative Director Laurie Hix made the announcement.
“Soujanya has a unique creative point of view which allows her to be very innovative in her design,” Hix said. “Her growth this past year has been tremendous because of her positive attitude, strong work ethic and love of learning.”
Settipalli joined Brogan & Partners after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design from the National Institute of Fashion Technology and a Diploma in Graphic Design from Specs Howard School of Media Arts. She has previously worked as a fashion designer at Munch Design Worx in Bangalore, India.
“What I love most about my work is getting to do what I’m passionate about- TO DESIGN!” Settipalli said. “Every day, I’m creating something new, taking design challenges and exploring solutions. At Brogan, it’s double fulfilling to work with such a motivated and inspiring team. It’s the happiest place to work! I wind up each day feeling purposeful, with loads of learning.”
In addition to her design talent, her colleagues appreciate her calm, joyful demeanor. She simply sparks happiness.
“I’m that whimsical butterfly who loves to fly high and explore the world of design, flapping my wings of creativity and imagination,” Settipalli said.
Outside of Brogan & Partners, Settipalli enjoys creating art and illustrations using organic mediums—whether stone, wood, fabric, leaves, or more. “I explore and witness the magic of colors and design as they dawn,” she said. “The very process of creating art itself thrills me and opens a different door of creative exploration.”
