Kelley, a veteran in the public relations industry, brings more than 30 years of diverse public relations experience to Brogan. He is the former executive vice president of Detroit's Franco Public Relations, which during his tenure was recognized as Michigan's largest public relations firm.

Kelley has won regional and national honors from the Public Relations Society of America. His past public relations experience includes ballot issues, community relations, public affairs, and issues management. He is a past vice president of the Detroit Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and former board chairman of Wayne County Catholic Social Services. Kelley, a resident of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., is a graduate of the University of Detroit.
