CARY, N.C. , Sept. 29, 2015 — Brogan & Partners’ North Carolina office has been named among the Best Places to Work in the Triangle for 2014.
Winners were chosen based on an employee survey process conducted by Quantum Workplace for the Triangle Business Journal (TBJ). Once nominated, a company had to meet a threshold in employee participation to be eligible to be honored.
Brogan & Partners has also repeatedly been ranked among Crain’s Detroit Cool Places to Work. Agency leadership is dedicated to creating an inspiring workplace, said Managing Partner Ellyn Davidson.
“We hire and reward employees based on our core values—be creative, cheerful and joyful, live with integrity, drive to get things done, and hunger for success,” Davidson said. “Working to uphold these values day-in and day-out have helped create our unique workplace culture.”
The 31-year-old company treats employees to weekly manicures, yoga classes and monthly awards that honor success as well as mistakes. Employees are also whisked away to places unknown once a year for the company’s ultimate perk—the coveted Mystery Trip. The all-expenses-paid adventure has sent Broganites sunbathing in Costa Rica, enjoying crumpets and tea in England and exploring in Iceland.
“Employees are a company’s most valuable asset,” said TBJ Editor Sougata Mukherjee. “These 50 companies clearly understand that their success depends on the well-being of their employees. Exemplary employer-employee relationships stand out every time.”
