She understands our clients, their challenges, their time, their priorities, and she gives them exactly what they need when they need it and more. And yes, sometimes what they need is bagels.
Lauren has a unique ability to condense an hour-long client conversation into a clear, no-nonsense objective, making everyone else’s job so much easier. She makes her own job look easy, handling day-to-day management of accounts, developing strategies, communicating with clients, wrangling creative projects, and maintaining budgets. She also has an in-depth knowledge of social media, having worked at Ignite Social Media, and keenly stays atop marketing trends—digital, social and otherwise.
Her Brogan experience runs more than a decade deep and features work with St. John Health, HMA, University of Toledo Medical Center, Blue Care Network, Henry Ford Health System and Frankenmuth Insurance.
Before she came to Brogan, Lauren earned a BA in Advertising from Michigan State University and did additional coursework at the Academy of Art in San Francisco.
In her spare time, she’s an enthusiastic baker, but her attention is currently focused on her two little cupcakes: her son, Carter and daughter, Lyla.
