After you’ve spent a short time with Kim, it won’t surprise you to learn she’s a big fan and practioner of Bikram Yoga. It’s the very challenging, high intensity yoga done in a very hot room. Really hot. You won’t be surprised to learn this because you’ll notice early on; Kim likes a nice, high bar. She appears to thrive on challenges.

As director of account service, Kim works directly with the Brogan & Partners’ account management team to ensure our clients’ satisfaction is met (and exceeded), internal processes are followed to a “T” and her team remains cheerful and joyful in the process. In addition, she manages her own client’s daily needs—planning, coordination, production, market research, project management and budget management. She works to strategically develop and implement new campaigns. And she manages workflow and coordination of creative, digital, social media and media teams. Her happy clients have included retail, nonprofit and healthcare clients such as Henry Ford Health System, Delta Dental, Michigan First Credit Union, HAP, The HoneyBaked Ham Company, The Center for Michigan, Business Leaders for Michigan and Comcast Cable Communications.

Kim earned a dual BA in advertising and marketing from Michigan State University. (She’s a proud and enthusiastic alumna!)

Kim is married and resides in Bloomfield Township with her husband Eric and two busy little ones, Annabelle and Brody. When she’s not chasing around her son and daughter (her aerobic workout these days), she revels in a few quiet moments of Zen curled up with her Labradoodle, Leo, a good book and a cup of tea.
