After you’ve spent a short time with Kim, it won’t surprise you to learn she’s a big fan and practitioner of Bikram Yoga. It’s the very challenging, high-intensity yoga done in a very hot room. Really hot. You won’t be surprised to learn this because you’ll notice early on that Kim thrives on challenges. No matter what this business throws at her, she can take the heat.

As a leader on the account service team, Kim sets a high bar for client service. She is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for every detail and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice. It’s why her clients and agency peers respect her so much.

As if Kim wasn’t busy enough, she and her husband Eric also chase around their son and daughter as they take on new family adventures and coordinate dueling sport schedules. But she still finds the time to revel in a few quiet moments of Zen curled up with her Labradoodle, Leo, a good book and a cup of tea.

Kim seamlessly manages the planning, coordination, production, market research, project management and budget needs of her clients. And she manages workflow and coordination of creative, digital, social media and media teams. Her happy clients have included many verticals — retail, nonprofit, financial services and healthcare.
