Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Supports the account team with project management needs
- Coordinate with the creative, digital, research and media teams
- Help with researching needs including industry, target audience and competitor analysis
- Support budget management
- Create social media mock-ups
- Schedule and monitor client social media and online reputation management
- Production support including traffic distribution, routing, proofreading, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Organized and able to multitask
- Clear communicator
- Customer service experience
- Strong proofreading and grammatical skills
- Proactive team player willing to help the team as needed and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can keep track of multiple projects and meet deadlines without direct manager to prioritize their workload
- Appetite to learn
