“Young at Home” branded home health care marketing campaign materials.

Thank you for your interest in using the “Young at Home” campaign assets. With this we hope to help you build awareness of the changes in home health care while driving potential customers to you. Here’s how the program works:

  1. You will select which tactics you are interested in having branded for your Company (please view and select options below).
  2. You will be asked to provide pertinent information for the project to be completed such as your name, contact information, website address and your Company’s logo.
  3. After the deadline expires, we will know the cost per video edit. Our marketing partner, Brogan & Partners, will send you a cost estimate for your approval to proceed with the edits. After approval, they will complete the work and provide a link for you to download the video or other assets you selected and approved for your Company’s use. Please note you are not fully committed to anything until after our partner sends a cost estimate for approval.
