Brogan hires three new Account Team members.

Brogan & Partners has added three new account coordinators to its team. Brogan President Ellyn Davidson made the announcement.

Ashlen Olive of Ypsilanti graduated from Eastern Michigan University where she studied marketing. She previously worked as a marketing specialist at the University of Michigan Career Center (now called University Career Center). At Brogan, Olive works with clients in the healthcare, insurance, nonprofit industries.

Bloomfield Hills’ resident Kelly Vivian joins Brogan after working in media at a Chicago firm. She works with a wide range of clients at Brogan, including healthcare, insurance, community health, utility, retail and nonprofit. She is a graduate of Michigan State University.

Kalamazoo native Taylor Davidson is a graduate of the University of Michigan. She majored in Spanish and Women’s Studies and fulfilled all of the premedical requirements. Taylor works on government and healthcare clients at Brogan.

  • Place Facebook ads for clients and provide recaps of performance
  • Weekly monitoring of Google Adwords campaigns
  • Assist media team with job closings
  • Help with all  media billing and invoice reconciliation in SBMS/STRATA
  • Help with media research using Nielsen @plan

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong mathematical abilities required

Brogan & Partners' President, 23-year Agency Veteran, Buys Agency

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., June 28, 2017 — Marcie Brogan, founder of Brogan & Partners Convergence Marketing and current Board Chair, announces the sale of the 33-year-old advertising agency to Ellyn Davidson, who currently serves as company President.

“When I started Brogan & Partners, I wanted to build a different kind of advertising agency – one that advances women, promotes diversity, and celebrates creativity. We have achieved that through many years of delivering superior creative work for clients in Michigan and across the Midwest. I wanted to find a successor who will carry on with the core values we were founded on and who can continue the success that we have achieved over these many wonderful years.  I am proud to say that Ellyn Davidson was the perfect person to lead the agency forward,” said Brogan.

While the terms of the sale are undisclosed, the plan has been finalized. According to Davidson, the transition has been seamless.

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., May 10, 2017—Brogan & Partners has been recognized with three gold and other Aster Awards for its work with Covenant HealthCare, Delta Dental of Michigan and Henry Ford Health System. Brogan Creative Director Laurie Hix made the announcement.

Brogan & Partners announces associate and seven new hires.

BIRMINGHAM, Mich., Feb. 3, 2017 — Brogan & Partners has named one new associate and several new hires. Ellyn Davidson, president, made the announcement.

Tamra Marinello, corporate support specialist, is the agency’s newest associate. Marinello joined Brogan four years ago. She manages accounts payable and receivable, handles billing and agency logistics.

The new hires are Abigail Wilkins, Abby Meirndorf, Caitlin Muncy, Celeste Cantu, Colleen Lowry, Laura Pryor and Kristin Morris. Pryor, senior copywriter, and Morris, account director, have previously worked for Brogan.

Wilkins, copywriter, comes to Brogan from Know Advertising in Royal Oak. At Brogan, Wilkins writes for various accounts including healthcare, governmental, retail and nonprofit. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Meirndorf comes to Brogan from Michigan First Credit Union where she interned in the marketing department. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ferris State University.

Muncy joins the agency as art director, producing creative work for various accounts in healthcare, government, financial services and nonprofit. She comes to Brogan from DROUGHT Juice in Royal Oak, where she completed a marketing internship. Muncy is a recent graduate of the College for Creative Studies.

A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University, Cantu joins Brogan as account coordinator. She supports healthcare, financial services and specialty retail accounts.

Lowry comes to the agency as a corporate support specialist with a strong background in property management and purchasing.
